How do you promote a Emilie Autumn show?

I just thought this would make an interesting topic.

I recently went and bought little tiny rat that are grey! 20 per pack. Emilie Autumn is playing Nov. 21st in Little Rock Arkansas. I already have my tickets and I am promoting the show by telling people about the concert, sharing photos, and playing songs of Emilie's. I have been handing out tiny rats to people along with the show details. It seems to be a great idea and I have a lot of friends coming with me to the show now. (I'm a promoter here in my state and I'm using all my contacts to promote this show.)

I would love to hear more stories of how you promote a show?

I don't personally promote shows, only unofficially to friends, but you could beautifully decorate a sandwich board and wear it everywhere you go. No one puts any thought into sandwich boards anymore...

I hung up posters in my dorm hall, on my door, and on the college's event bulletin board. :D And I'm telling all my friends too, of course! I bought tiny grey rats as well, and I think they were 20 per pack...Are they squishy?

Yes. They are squishy!!!! I have seen my friends since I handed them out and they are still carrying the rats around and talking about the show...which is great because they are sharing the information with their friends.

Damn. xD I only bought two packs. I'm about to go back tonight to see if they have extras though, after Halloween sales and all that.

Kind of, but not really. Sandwich boards tend to draw in the attention you want.

I share it with my friends, I posted posters at Hot Topic (because they employees at the one close by me are really nice) I blast EA from my car...
