I'm guessing it'll start an hour before the gates open (which is 7 pm), sooo 6 pm. I'm not sure though. :S

Could be, but the thing is that on the pictures taking with her PR at VIP Session she doesn't wear wig and her stage costume, so I guess she has some free time for dressing before actual concert. But how much time is left to her and therefore, when exactly is VIP session?

Oh, I would have sent you the mail had you not got it.
I don't think the signing is merch-only: you may bring anything to sign as long as it's only one thing and not the whole discography.
