I'm using a Nikon D90 and a very good lens, so it is easier to take good pictures.
But still, I take pictures during shows since three years so it is a lot of practice.

I am neither a professionnal nor an amateur.

to Fragile Room: How are you not afraid of bringing such a camera to a show, especially to one of EA's shows with infamous tea shower? I have D70 but too worried to bring it to such a show.
But good thing you did though because your pics are wonderful. Great job!

I have nothing to do with this show, but regarding the discussion about seeing Em and the Crumpets after the show, I think it partly depends on whether they're in hurry to move from one city/country to another or not. At the previous Finnish gig in '09 a friend of mine waited for them outside the venue after the show and ended up hanging out with them for like half an hour, if not longer I would've stayed as well but my dad had come to pick me up and he was not thrilled about the idea of waiting around xD But this time around I'll definitely stay to see if they have time to exchange a few words with me <3

It was a challenge that I was awared of ! And I don't know where you were in the venue, but if you were in front of the stage, you should have seen me screaming or bending myself down abruptly to protect my camera when Contessa spat tea (or maybe champagne ?) on the audience ! But I can assure you Nikon makes really good and resistant stuff ! My camera was attacked many times by dust, water, alcohol, flour (during show, yes!) and it stills in very good condition. But then, even if I am a warrior with it (it's my weapon of choice), I take very good care of it.

No my pic is okay, I mean on yours the background is bright, that makes it more beautiful
On my mine it's dark behind but Em and I are good on it
