Clean stockings, clean corsets, and clean hair. That is the sole pleasure of coming home after a tour -- the rest is like the day after Christmas when the tree has to come down.

Now, for those of you who were so kind to join me and the Bloody Crumpets on this most fabulous European Asylum: The Gate Tour 2008, thank you from the bottom of the hole in my chest where my heart used to be. Thank you for singing, dancing your little gothic asses off, not complaining when the Captain Maggot threw "tea" in your eyes, not crying when the Blessed Contessa burned my arms with her fire sticks nightly, showing my broken doll, Aprella, all your love and sympathy, letting Little Miss Sugarless crowd surf on your delicate pale hands, kissing the plague-ridden lips of Naughty Veronica, not running at the sound of my magical confetti canon as it shot streamers and teabags directly into your faces, and, most of all, joining my Asylum Army and uniting with me, your devoted Rat, in the international fight against bear thieves, and to bring Suffer 1 and 2 home. Never forget how much power you hold, because I cannot do it alone. I'm counting on you.

Hi Emilie, i'm so glad you, the crumpets and the muffins had a nice time at tour . Someday i'll come and see you too, i promise . Thanks for the wondefull pictures, i love the mask you are wearing in the second pic. I would help you with the cleaning but it'll be kinda hard to do it online... no, that's not an excuse . Rest!!!!.

Can't wait till the NY show. Look forward to meeting muffins, having some tea before the show, and enjoying the organized chaos that is an EA show. Sadly, I have Canadian tickets for the first show as well, but I can no longer attend due to my own gigs. Anyone that wants them, just let me know, and they are yours, no strings....or any other danglies attached.

You hugged me in B'ham and pretty much made me want to live. Cliche? Yes. Truth? Yes - I was on such a low, that your gig and hug made me soar and I'm still flying and not looking down - because I dont want to fall.

Seems like it's been a fun tour so far, except for the incident with the bear thieves, it made me really sad to hear about that.

Anyway, I'm still quite sad after the show in Sweden got cancelled but I'm looking forward to the day I'll finally be able to see you live, I know it's going to be an amazing experience

I'll see you in 6 days, where I shall nearly faint at the beautiful sight of you ladies on stage in front of me, at last.

I truly enjoyed the show in Utrecht It was my first EA-live show :O And oh, did I enjoy it I'm still a little shakey of all the awesomeness thrown straight into our faces My balancing is partly dead, but the memories remain everything: Dead, Alive, Deadly alive, living Dead....You get my point.
