Hi..uhm I didn't really find anything on the search, so how do photos with Emilie work? Do you give your camera to a guy who takes the photo, or do they have their own cam just for that (seems dumb, how on earth would you get the photo afterwards?) I really want the photo to be at least recognisable and not just a blurred spot :& so I'd want to adjust my camera beforehand.

Usually you give your camera to EA's manager and she takes the photo. If you don't have a camera she uses theirs and emails it to you at a later date. So yes, you will be able to adjust your camera beforehand.

This may have already been asked/answered but I had a little look around and I haven't found anything. Is there a list/pictures of any of this year's merch?

The tickets we ordered.. If we ordered them by mail, when will they arrive?

I wouldn't count on them using their camera and mailing it to you. There are a lof of muffins at each gig and a lot of concerts in a tour so it might be too much for them to keep track of. If I would have forgotten my camera I would ask a fellow muffin to take a picture and mail it to me instead.

I'm just going by what i personally experienced at the Australian run of shows. Perhaps they were able to do it as it was only a few shows in a row, and not a full on tour?

That is something of a conflict I was questioning about myself. See, the last time I saw her was 2009, and I had a VIP, so I automatically could get a front view. This year I have a GA and I'm under 5 foot and I feel as if it'd be rude of me to try and get a front view from the VIP muffins who tried to grab dibs already. But I'm afraid even my boots won't make me tall enough to see over people. :S

[EDIT:] I also want to try to use my Canon, if they'll let me, since I'm taking a Digital Imaging course this semester and I think it'd be a good idea to use any photos of the concert for an assignment or to practice using the settings. I know one thing I always have trouble estimating is getting the perfect light settings... but then again, maybe I should set it to the Sport setting... hmmm....

Just make someone give you a piggy back ride, either with their consent or by force.

^ If by Canon, you mean Reflex, chances are you won't be allowed to take it inside the venue and/or it will be confiscated during the show if you're caught using it. A lot of venues don't allow pro-looking cameras unless you have a press pass. And yeah, concert photography is an art in itself, don't expect perfect pictures if you're doing it for the first time!

I'm pretty good at takeing pictures in hard places, even with a disposable camera. Its a tallent I discovered when takeing a picture of a hummingbird in flight in not the best lighting.
