I'm sure somebody here has expereince with ordering an EA shirt from omegaorder.com...what can you tell me about it? My only EA shirt, which I got at the concert I went to in 2009, (the leech one) is horribly worn out and has stains. I'm getting ready to make part of it into a pillow because I love it so much. I was looking forward to getting a new EA shirt (and other stuff) at the concert this year but I was sadly part of the canceled Florida shows. I'm now looking at ordering a shirt or two from omegaorder.com but was just curious as to other plague rat's expereinces from ordering there.

I've ordered a few things from there (although, it was almost two years ago). Generally what i ordered arrived in about a week, and i live in Australia, so no complaints from me. Not so sure about others though, i vaguely remember people either complained about Omega or Mamstore, although that might have been about the way the Asylum books were packaged, which doesn't really have much affect on shirts.

So to sum up- good experiences, although quite a while ago.

I ordered a t-shirt from mamstore on the 12th of February, it still hasn't been shipped yet, I've since moved house and have contacted them to ask about it and see if it can be sent to my new address, but have had no response from them whatsoever, despite creating a support ticket with them over a week ago. Terrible customer service, wouldn't shop there again.

It took mamstore 2 weeks just to respond to my support ticket, but even then they didn't read it, they only read the last message I added, asking why my ticket had been closed, they didn't even read the original ticket! Gah!

Omega order has always shipped quickly and I have no complaints about how the book was packaged. On the other hand, avoid Mamstore if you can: Their customer service is terrible and the book I ordered from them was only put in a padded envelope; needless to say that it arrived badly damaged Fortunately I got at least a partial refund for it.

Omega order has been a mixed bag for me. The customer service is definitely bad unless if you contacted this one person (Drew) that seemed to be able to find out information and for a lack of a better term get shit done. If you went through any other process, it would take days and weeks just to get a response.

This was back when the Opheliac Companion bundle was being sold. Numerous reports of plague rats were coming in stating they were missing some items from the bundle pack; most commonly the Asylum recipe booklet. Then there's the whole fiasco with the digital download. This is what affected me the most. The plague rats were supposed to get a digital copy of the Opheliac album along with audio excerpts for the Asylum book. I actually forgot what exactly happened, but it was a big mess.

Personally, I've found that they don't really handle the merch too well. I bought some EA cds from them only to receive a couple of them cracked (the jewelcase). It's because of the way they were shipped with no packing material at all.

Other orders I got from them, I did not have many problems. Their track record is somewhat spotty for me. I'll still continue to use them for EA merch, but only if I can't get the items through another primary source like the Asylum Emporium.

The only thing I ordered from them was the Opheliac Bundle that included the book, the tote bag, the album and the recipe booklet. It never arrived to me (I lived in Spain). I contacted that person (Drew) and he was very quick in answering, he told me they sent another bundle to me and sent me an email with the confirmation number and all that. Once more, I never received anything so I wrote them an email again. They told me since nothing was getting to me they were not gonna send another bundle (also they were out of some items already by that time) so they will refund my money. They did this very quickly too, the money was returned to my bank account. And even with all this, I got my digital downloads anyway since they came to me via email automatically the moment I ordered. So no problems for me, just disappointed about the stuff never gotten to me but probably it was a problem with the Spain postal service.
