So, as it took me a very long time to type it all out, I am going to copy and paste the description I sent to another member, asking about this edition I recently ordered:
"I recieved no case with the CD which I found strange. The booklet's "cover page" was the one that was mostly brown with a brown frame around her wearing the red-and-white striped sock on one leg, the red sock on the other, and her wearing her "Old School" tank, although you cannot read that it says that because her stomach is covered by what appears to be a jacket. The back is her heart logo with the two violin bows making an "x" on/behind it. The discs are the same as the normal 2006 version of Opheliac- one is blood-splattered on a black and white striped background, the other is the same black/white stripes with the "Are You Suffering?" heart. The poster is double-sided. The first side is the cover of the original Opheliac release, with the Opheliac logo on a brown background on the bottom, underneath which reads "Are you suffering?" The poster on the back is of her picture on the cover of the GJWHF/BR EP, and has her heart/bow logo in the top right corner and reads "Emilie Autumn" in the usual font on it. I thought this was the EP when I bought it, but now I'm not so sure- the main thing about it that made me think it wasn't was because the poster didn't have the pink rectangle on the side with her "Opheliac" album cover on it. (I was researching the digipak when I stumbled upon your pictures of your copy of it, and the poster had that rectangle- unless of course that was a poster EA sent you when you ordered it.) Any idea on what edition I ordered?"
The picture wasn't very good, so it was hard for me to tell but from what I could see I had believed it to be the Opheliac digipak. Anyone know anything?

sounds like the contents of the limited edition Trisol 2006 6-panel digipak.

I'm about to message the seller this message:
"Hello,
I recieved my CD lot today and am pleased with the contents. However, I just have two questions. Do you still have the case for the Opheliac CD included in the lot? If so, could you take a look at it and tell me what it looks like? I'm just trying to figure out what edition I purchased as I am a collector- the edition I think it is came in a cardboard, 6-panel case."
Does that sound okay? Sorry for all the questions guys, but one more- if they say they still have it would it be worth asking if they would be willing to send it to me? I'd of course say I'd pay shipping.

EDIT: Alright, so it does sound like it is, in fact, the digipak. I guess the poster didn't have that pink rectangle thing Anyway, do you guys think it would be worth asking if they had the case and if I could pay them to ship it to me? Please disregard my previous questions in this post.

It's a digipak, not the jewel case.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure what you've got is the case.
